Nurture and Guide Disadvantaged Youth
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students.
Couples will reside on campus, supporting students in areas such as daily activities, education, and emotional well-being.

As flex houseparents, couples will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a nurturing family-like environment for students
- Support students in daily activities, education, and emotional well-being
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Reside on campus with their family
- Participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
