About the Position:
This is a two-person job that requires a married couple to work together as a team. The ideal candidates will have experience working with youth and possess high integrity, providing consistent support and administering various duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide a family-like structure for students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and academic needs are met.
• Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
• Collaborate with other houseparents to ensure seamless student care.
