Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join its team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of the school's unique approach to education, these couples will live on-campus and provide a supportive family-like environment for 8-12 students.
The ideal candidates will have experience working with youth, be comfortable leading daily devotions, and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
