What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Residence Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking a unique and dedicated couple to join our team as House Parents. In this role, you will serve as a family-like structure for groups of students, guiding and nurturing them while providing essential care and support.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a married couple, you will live on campus and manage various responsibilities, including providing transportation and administering medication.
This is a two-person job that requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. You will also need to be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
