Milton Hershey School seeks qualified couples to fill Full-Time Houseparent positions. As a houseparent, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in a family-like environment. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work as a team, and a commitment to creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in a residential setting. You should be comfortable living on campus and participating in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
