Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. Job Description
As a Residential Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily care and supervision for students in a residential setting
- Managing daily responsibilities and fostering personal development
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
- Assisting with transportation, medication administration, budgeting, reporting, and other duties as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, couples must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legal marriage for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Limitations on pets
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
