Couples Residential Care Specialists

Milton Hershey School seeks qualified couples to serve as Residential Youth Mentors. In this role, you will provide a family-like structure for 8-12 students in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and handle responsibilities such as driving and budgeting.
• Foster a nurturing environment that promotes the overall well-being of students.

Qualifications:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings.
• A high school diploma or GED required.
• Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
