Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. In this role, you will live on campus with students and provide a supportive family environment.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic, personal, and social development. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to ensure that each student receives the care and support they need to succeed.
Our benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), which covers free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a generous time-off policy.
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
