What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Residential Leaders position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we seek a dynamic couple to serve as residential role models for our students. As Couples Residential Leaders, you will provide guidance and nurturing in a family-like environment, working together to manage daily responsibilities and ensure a supportive and structured home life for students.
This unique role offers a generous compensation package, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Our comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
We are looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
We value integrity and commitment in our staff members, and both spouses must demonstrate these qualities. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
