Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate married couples to join our team as Youth Development Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and guidance to a group of 8-12 students, creating a structured family-like environment, and managing various responsibilities. This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
Responsibilities
- Reside on campus with your spouse and provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Drive student home vans, administer medication, budget, and report as needed
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
- Ensure the well-being and safety of students at all times
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
