We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate couples to join our team as Couples Residential Youth Support Staff. In this role, you will work together to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for a group of 8-12 students, guiding them in daily activities and helping them achieve their academic goals.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

- Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a cohesive and effective support system for students
