Job Responsibilities
Flex houseparents will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily routines, including homework, meals, and activities
- Ensuring students receive regular check-ins and support
- Communicating effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
- Providing a safe and inclusive environment for all students
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
