Our student homes are designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for students to live and learn. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for managing the household, promoting a positive atmosphere, and helping students develop important life skills.

Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more, as well as promoting a family-like atmosphere for students to thrive.
To qualify for this position, you will need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and follow the rules regarding pets.
