Join Our Team as a Residential Youth Caregiver
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. In this role, you will live on-campus and provide daily support and guidance to a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide daily support and guidance to students
- Manage daily activities such as transportation and medication administration
- Develop and maintain a family-like environment
- Meet the following requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
