As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for our students and helping them reach their full potential.
Responsibilities of the Residential Youth Caregiver role include guiding students, managing daily activities, and administrative tasks such as medication administration and budgeting. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We require both spouses to complete an individual employment application.
