What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Sought for Youth Support Role position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated couples to serve as houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a houseparent, you will provide nurturing support and guidance to groups of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Candidates for this position should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. They will also need to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
