Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned institution that provides a unique career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for our students.
As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. This role requires a high degree of integrity, comfort leading daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a three-week paid summer vacation. Our schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school.
