Houseparent Role:
As a Flex Houseparent, you and your partner will serve as primary caregivers and role models for a group of 8-12 students residing in one of our on-campus student homes. Your responsibilities will include creating a warm, welcoming environment, managing household tasks, planning activities, and facilitating open communication between students and staff.
Key Qualifications:
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
