We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for students. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
- Reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse
- Guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (approximately $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
