We are looking for experienced individuals who can work collaboratively with their spouse to provide a family-like structure for our students. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of a group of 8-12 children.

Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
