What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Youth Caregivers Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking couples to become flex houseparents. As a team, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students in our care.
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside on-campus in one of our student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
