What are the responsibilities and job description for the Domestic Partners for Student Care position at Milton Hershey School?

We are seeking domestic partners for student care, who will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to approximately 8-12 students at a time.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working with youth and be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and commitment to serving the needs of our students. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily care and support to students
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services
