What are the responsibilities and job description for the Domestic Partners in Education position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a dedicated couple to become Houseparents, Full-Time at Milton Hershey School. As Houseparents, you and your spouse will provide a loving environment for 8-12 students, offering guidance, support, and supervision while living on campus.
This role is ideal for married couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will take on responsibilities such as budgeting, driving, and administering medication, and handle tasks like reporting and budgeting.

As a Houseparent, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure. You will be responsible for handling daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
