Your role will involve guiding and managing a household of 8-12 students, providing daily care, support, and guidance in various activities. You will also be required to drive student home vans and handle responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, and administering medication.
Our Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling around $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, have valid driver's licenses, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Both spouses must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
