Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to take on the rewarding role of Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.
You will work in a family-like environment, providing support and guidance to a group of 8-12 students. This includes ensuring their well-being and engagement in a structured setting, supporting their academic goals, and promoting positive relationships among students and staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
