We are looking for experienced couples who have a passion for working with youth from under-served settings. As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will lead by example and demonstrate a high degree of integrity. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the students receive the best possible care and education.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and performing other tasks as required. You must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We also require both spouses to complete an individual employment application.
