Milton Hershey School is seeking caring couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for students in need. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their daily activities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and comfortable living on campus with a group of students.
