What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Support Team Members Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in providing a family-like environment for our students, guiding and nurturing them as they grow and develop.
You will be responsible for sharing responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting for 8-12 students. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with access to comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary package.
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Your spouse must also meet the eligibility criteria.
As a flex houseparent, you will have the opportunity to take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead daily devotions. You will also be required to complete an individual employment application.
Our ideal candidates will have high school diplomas or GEDs and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions.
