Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students aged pre-K to 12th grade. This will involve managing various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and fostering a nurturing community for students.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. In addition, you will be expected to complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
