Job Description
Couples will reside in on-campus student homes, providing a family-like structure for groups of students. Responsibilities include guiding and nurturing student development, handling tasks such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. Initially, couples will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. High school diploma or GED is necessary, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
