Job Summary
We are seeking Education Support Partners to join our team. As an Education Support Partner, you will work closely with a group of students, providing guidance and support in their academic and personal pursuits. You will be responsible for creating a family-like environment, encouraging teamwork, and promoting healthy relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily tasks, such as medication administration, budgeting, and household management
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless support system for students
- Lead daily devotions and participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be at least 27 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive student home vans
