As a married couple serving as flex houseparents, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and caring atmosphere within the home. Your responsibilities will include providing daily support and encouragement to students, assisting with daily activities, administering medication, and fostering a family-like atmosphere within the home.
Schedule and Benefits
The successful candidates will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time while students are at school, and three-week paid summer vacation. Qualifications and Requirements
