The position offers competitive compensation, including a salary of $43,825 per person (a total package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and three weeks of paid summer vacation.
Key qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and both spouses must be age 27 or older. The couple must demonstrate integrity and commitment while serving as role models for students.
