As Houseparents, Full-Time, you will provide a nurturing environment for students, manage daily responsibilities, and ensure a stable home life. This includes driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

You will receive a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and more. Our school offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to have nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
**Qualifications**
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
