We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals to become Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Age 27 or older
Benefits: Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and paid training.
