Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our family. As Houseparents, you will provide a nurturing and structured environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will live on-campus, guide a group of 8-12 students, and handle various responsibilities including transportation and administration of medication.

We require experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and we limit the number of dependent children who can reside in the student home. The role offers a salary of $43,825 per person, a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. A day in the life of a Houseparent involves leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must be comfortable driving student home vans and handling various administrative tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
