In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop life-long relationships with students and help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
About the Role
As a house parent, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for students, which includes managing daily responsibilities and fostering a positive atmosphere within the student home. You will also work closely with other house parents to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions
