Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a nurturing environment for students in our on-campus homes
- Guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Fulfilling responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting
- Leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Additionally, you will work closely with other houseparents and staff to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
