Milton Hershey School offers a unique career path for married couples who want to make a difference in the lives of students. As a couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as well as a passion for helping others.
We require candidates to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Our flexible schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time while students are at school.
