Responsibilities
Flex houseparents are responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Couples will be expected to work together to create a safe and supportive environment for students.
Flex houseparents will also be responsible for attending meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
