What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Care Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we seek couples who share our passion for providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Houseparents, you will be responsible for creating a family-like atmosphere in your assigned student home, guiding 8-12 students and managing various daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Daily care and supervision of students
- Administrative tasks, including budgeting and reporting
- Transporting students as needed
- Maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free campus

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings

- Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs
