Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent couple, you will reside in one of our student homes and provide guidance, support, and care to a group of 8-12 students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a stable and loving family-like environment for students
- Assist with daily tasks such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting
- Support students' academic success and well-being
- Participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
