At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as Family Care Providers. As a Family Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing nurturing support and guidance to students in a family-like home environment.

We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a unique role that requires flexibility, patience, and a commitment to guiding and supporting our students.
As a Family Care Provider, you will reside on campus and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
