The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of its residential team, providing a supportive family environment for disadvantaged students in on-campus homes. As House Parents, you will work together with your spouse to create a nurturing atmosphere that promotes the educational, emotional, and social growth of 8-12 students.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and support to students in daily activities
- Managing household responsibilities and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Engaging students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services
