Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Family Care Providers. This unique role involves providing a nurturing and structured environment for at-risk youth in on-campus homes.
This is an opportunity for couples who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students while enjoying a structured schedule and paid vacation time.
We require married couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Responsibilities
- Provide a family-like atmosphere for 8-12 students
- Manage responsibilities including transportation, medication administration, and daily devotions
- Lead students in daily activities and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
