Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Family Care Providers. In this role, you will be part of a unique program that provides a nurturing home for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a Family Care Provider, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, which translates to a total compensation package of around $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
