Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to students in daily activities
• Reside in on-campus homes with students, creating a consistent family-like structure
• Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting

As a Flex Houseparent, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes the well-being and success of our students. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in youth development, while also contributing to a supportive and inclusive community.

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

Benefits

• Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Salary : $43,825
