We are seeking flex houseparents, married couples who will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students. As flex houseparents, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your students, managing daily responsibilities, and fostering personal growth.
As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (totaling $150,000 per couple), free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You will also enjoy comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule that includes nine days on followed by three days off.
