Milton Hershey School is seeking experienced married couples to assume a unique role as Family Care Providers. In this position, couples will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities
As Family Care Providers, the selected couples will be responsible for:
- Nurturing and supporting students in a family-like environment
- Providing transportation for students, including driving student home vans
- Administering medication and maintaining a structured household
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and they must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
