About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of Family Care Providers. In this position, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a Family Care Provider, you will live on campus with your spouse and oversee the care and guidance of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include transportation, budgeting, and health administration. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses being 27 years or older. A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
